36 *1. There are multiple drain flies in the food prep sink in the kitchen, contact pest control operator to minimize activity.

2. There are air gaps at the base of both sets of doors in the cafeteria area. Provide new weather stripping to provide air tight seal.

General Remarks
This facility has one hand sink installed in kitchen. Construction plans approved show two handwashing sinks, one in the dishwashing area and one in kitchen area. Facility will be notified if second handwashing sink is to be installed.

Provide Department with receipt of purchase for meat on spits in freezer. Send to rlwojtowicz@buckscounty.org.

By June 18th, this facility is required to have developed and implemented an integrated pest management plan, procedure for managing clean up of vomitus or fecal incidents and a disease/medical condition employee reporting policy. Samples of each were supplied during inspection. This facility is approved to operate.
